Thomas Hospitality Group recently completed the guestroom millwork & countertops for the Dual Brand Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott in Birmingham, AL (Grandview). We developed a semi-custom package for this designer and owner, consisting of custom finishes for prototypical Courtyard & Residence Inn guestroom scope items like the kitchens, vanities, TV walls, and built-in dressers.
The millwork finish was done in TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate) to match Studio Teak, Fawn Cypress, and Walnut Heights to provide distinct grain patterns, and the countertops consisted of sparkling white as well as marble-inspired quartz.
