Thomas Hospitality Group completed this new-build Residence Inn by Marriott in Rehoboth Beach, DE in the Summer of 2021. This project consisted of our full package for Marriott Residence Inns, including The Product Source providing the guestroom vanity and kitchen cabinets & all quartz countertops, Five Star Architectural providing all of the lobby custom millwork including the registration desk, market, buffet, quick print station, hydration station, coffee station, custom bar, and back of house laminate millwork, along with the shower package (surrounds, shower pans, and shower doors).
