Thomas Hospitality Group completed this new-build Residence Inn by Marriott project at the end of 2019. This project brought a lot of challenges as tariffs were levied on imported cabinetry and quartz countertops from China immediately prior to the client placing the order. Through focused sourcing of domestic and imported materials, our vendors were flexible and were able to produce the project to maintain the client's schedule and budget.
The Product Source imported the guestroom white quartz countertops, and Five Star Architectural manufactured the guestroom kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and built-in dressers domestically out of Atlanta.
