Thomas Hospitality Group recently ventured into the multifamily world and was proud to participate in two exceptional apartment developments in Ohio: Skyline 776 Apartments in Cleveland and The Parisian on Vine in Cincinnati.
Both projects involved the adaptive reuse of former office buildings transformed into modern multifamily residences. Working in collaboration with our partner, The Product Source, our team supplied and installed all unit granite countertops, as well as custom quartz countertops throughout the common areas.
Projects like these are especially rewarding. During construction, it can be easy to become focused on our specific scope of work—coordinating schedules, solving challenges, and ensuring quality execution. However, seeing the final transformation come together is a powerful reminder of the broader impact of our efforts. When the project is complete, clients are satisfied, and residents move in, it reinforces how meaningful it is to contribute to spaces where people will live and connect.
Congratulations to our team on a job well done—and to our partners for delivering such a beautifully finished project.
