October was a busy month for Thomas Hospitality Group. Moving in to the renovation season, many of our clients looked to THG to assist with supplying them with their construction product needs. Below is a list of projects contracted in the month of October in which THG will be involved with:
Courtyard Nashville, TN at Vanderbilt - Thomas Hospitality Group introduced Five Star Architectural to the general contractor for this renovation of a Marriott Courtyard in Nashville, TN. With multiple phases & numerous custom designs by Baskervill Architects, Five Star will be manufacturing the entire Courtyard Refreshing Business Lobby Casework & Cabinetry package, the guestroom window valances, the Corian countertops, and furnishing a unique reclaimed barnwood.
Fairfield Inn Fairborn, OH & Fairfield Inn Albany, NY - Sister properties owned by the same firm but being purchased through different FF&E Purchasing Agents, THG partnered with the owner & agents to furnish the guestroom granite vanities and tub surround package. Product Source will be importing all of the brand standard Absolute Black granite vanities and undermount bowls, as well as providing install. IMI will be manufacturing the brand standard cultured marble surrounds for all of the guest bath and showers.
Hilton Garden Inn - Birmingham, AL - Thomas Hospitality Group worked with Monolith to furnish some of the custom construction products they needed help sourcing. Product Source will be supplying all of the armoire tops for each of the guestrooms with Tan Brown granite, and Brabner & Hollon will be supplying all of the custom bypass closet doors for this Hilton Garden Inn.
Marriott Vacation Club "Monarch" - Hilton Head, SC - Having already contracted with the client for Product Source to provide the Silestone quartz vanity tops and Five Star to provide the custom vanity cabinets, THG worked with the client to also provide all of the interior doors for the 122 unit timeshare property. Brabner & Hollon will be manufacturing all new bathroom hollow core doors and louvered closet doors.
