Thomas Hospitality recently wrapped up a dual-brand Marriott Courtyard & Residence Inn new-build project in Madison, AL. We were fortunate enough to be able to develop the guestroom & public area millwork & countertop package for the project.
Our partner, The Product Source, manufactured & installed all of the Residence Inn guestroom kitchen, vanity, and built-in dresser cabinetry & quartz countertops, TV Walls, as well as the Courtyard guestroom vanity bases & quartz countertops, along with the public area quartz countertops.
In the public areas, our partner Five Star Architectural manufactured and installed all of the custom millwork scope, including the Front Desk Reception Pods, Crate/Market, Quick Print, Media Pods, Bar/Bistro, Pantry, Coffee Station, Fitness Center Hydration Station, back of house areas, and more.
Projects like this highlight the value of a turnkey approach, where we provide the materials and perform install. Our clients also appreciate the efficiency and accountability of working with a single point of contact for both millwork and countertop packages.
