Homewood Suites & Tru by Hilton - Downtown Columbia, SC

Thomas Hospitality Group recently wrapped up the new-build Homewood Suites and Tru by Hilton dual-brand hotel in downtown Columbia, SC, with one of our favorite ownership groups and general contractors. We enjoy working with this team as the owner is very hands-on and plays a key role in driving the design, reviewing our submittals, and spending time in the early stages to ensure their desired finished product.

We furnished & installed the guestroom millwork & quartz countertop package with our partner, The Product Source, which included new guestroom kitchen cabinetry and quartz countertops, and windowsills. For the kitchens, the owner requested plywood box construction and chose some custom laminates and pulls to set these rooms apart.

For the public areas, our custom millwork manufacturer, Five Star Architectural, manufactured and installed the custom lobby millwork, which included the front desk, breakfast serving buffet, bar, coffee station, business center, fitness center, hydration station, meeting rooms, back of house, and some very unique focal walls and wall paneling to really elevate this hotel.
