Thomas Hospitality Group completed the highly custom Homewood Suites & Canopy by Hilton project in The Gulch, a trendy neighborhood in downtown Nashville, TN.
Our vendor, The Product Source, provided and installed the custom kitchen and vanity millwork & quartz countertops and the shower surrounds, pans, and shower doors on the Homewood Suites guestroom side, as well as quartz thresholds, shower curbs, and shower niches on the Canopy guestroom side.
Our vendor, Continental Group, provided the custom glass shower doors and toilet partitions on the Canopy guestroom side.
This was a very challenging project due to the custom aspects, downtown location, and multiple scopes, but it came out beautifully with a happy client and sharp-looking property. We started working on this project over 4 years ago with multiple pricing exercises, model rooms & brand approval, and full production orders, so we are very excited to see the final design and product come to life.
